We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. 

In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

  3. I love this watch, it's perfect! I was able to specifically choose the MOP face, the round case, and sparkly dial points. Although I actually wanted a mesh band rather than the piano band, no problem, as I could also get a mesh band free right now!
    I did initially have all sorts of trouble trying to change the band over, with the springs popping out everywhere. Couldn't figure how to get them back in, until I rested the watch case on a flat surface and used the bigger end of the tool to wriggle them back in place.
    Of course, once seeing the beautiful quality of this watch, I immediately then regretted not bundling up and also getting the tide bracelet. But then I found a 15% voucher sitting in my account, how awesome?
