We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.
Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

Optisch ist der Ring wirklich sehr schön und wirkt auf den ersten Blick elegant und hochwertig. Genau deshalb war die Enttäuschung umso größer.
Nach sehr seltenem Tragen ist der Stein in der Mitte einfach herausgebrochen. Für ein Schmuckstück in dieser Preisklasse ist das absolut inakzeptabel und spricht für eine extrem schlechte Qualität.
Der Kundenservice von Daniel Wellington macht die Sache leider noch schlimmer. Eine Erstattung oder ein Austausch wurden komplett abgelehnt, obwohl ich bereits mehrere Produkte bei Daniel Wellington gekauft habe. Als einziges „Entgegenkommen“ wurde mir ein 15 % Nachlass angeboten. In Anbetracht dessen, dass der Ring unbrauchbar ist, ist dieses Angebot schlichtweg nicht akzeptabel und wirkt eher wie eine Abwimmelung als eine echte Lösung.
Insgesamt ist die Qualität absolut mangelhaft. Wäre es möglich, würde ich null Sterne vergeben, leider ist das nicht möglich. Eine klare Nicht-Kauf-Empfehlung!

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
The easiest way to do this is to use a measuring tape. Place the measuring tape around the base of the finger, where you would like the ring to sit. Compare this measurement (inside circumference) to the chart above to determine your ring size. Alternatively, try our measurement guide, link in footer
MEASURING TIPS
Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Make sure your hands are nice and warm. If you’re cold, your finger may be up to half a size smaller than normal.
If using a measuring tape, or a ring sizer, make sure it fits comfortably enough not to slip off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
If buying a thicker ring we would recommend you go up a size.
